Shipping & Store Policies



Attention: Glamour House of Hair.com will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for your payment.


SHIPPING:  Wigs  
(Within the United States)


In-Stock item(s):
Items normally ship within 3-7 business days of order placement unless further order confirmations must be made, or otherwise noted on item order page.  Shipping is by way of USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail service.

Custom orders: It takes approximately 5-6 weeks to complete a custom order. Once complete, you will be notified of completion and the tracking number will be issued to you. Production begins within 24hrs of order placement, production continues until completion, there will be no status updates that can be given while the order is in production. You will be notified once complete, please be patient throughout the listed approximate time of completion. Custom orders also ship by way of USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail service.

Attention: Glamour House of Hair.com takes no responsibility for any shipping delays caused by any occurrence that may take place once the package is turned over to the shipping company for delivery.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:


Custom Order:
We know that you want your hair piece ASAP. Glamour House of Hair begins your custom order within 48 hours of cleared payment. Therefore any changes to your order must be received no later than 48 hours from the time you submit your order, there can be no changes made to your order once this allotted time has elapsed, please be sure to ask questions and feel confident in the options you choose before submitting your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Custom Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours from the time you submit your order. Otherwise you will only be refunded 50% of the total purchase price. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due on all custom lace wig orders.

In-Stock and Back Order Stock items:
If you wish to cancel your order it must be requested within 24 hours of your submitted order. If not we will deduct a 10% restocking fee.  

Refunds and Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is very important, all wigs and products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet your specifications and our high quality assurance standards.

Glamour House of Hair does not issue refunds once your order has shipped. If you meet the terms and conditions we will exchange or offer a store credit in the case of a manufacturers defect. We do not offer multiple exchanges. We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the specifications of which you chose and ordered, this includes but is not limited to size, color, length, style.

 
If you are granted an exchange or store credit you must meet the following terms and conditions, there are no exceptions:

You must contact Glamour House of Hair within 48 hours of receiving your unit at info@glamourhouseofhair.com. All approved exchanges or store credit offers must have an approval code issued before the return of the item will be accepted.

The unit must be returned in the same condition it was received. You must not alter the unit in any way, that includes but is not limited to the following:

YOU MUST NOT CUT THE LACE
YOU MUST NOT TEAR OR RIP LACE
YOU MUST NOT PUT ADHESIVE OR TAPE ON WIG
YOU MUST NOT PUT PRODUCTS ON WIG
YOU MUST NOT PUT CHEMICALS ON WIG
YOU MUST NOT COLOR WIG
YOU MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO CUT OR STYLE HAIR
YOU MUST NOT PERM WIG
YOU MUST NOT WASH OR CONDITION WIG
YOU MUST NOT WEAR WIG
YOU MUST NOT DESTROY OR LOSE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING WIG BAG
YOU MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM YOURSELF



NOTICE:Credit card fraud WILL NOT be tolerated by GLAMOUR HOUSE OF HAIR. It results in lost revenue for us. We will not tolerate false charge backs. We will litigate in a civil court of law for an item that has been received by the buyer and promptly charged back to their credit card.This is FRAUD and we will seek litigation aggressively.As you are entering into unilateral contract and by purchasing, you agree to purchase in good faith by the terms of the agreement. Charge backs and errors on the part of the buyer are considered a personal attack and therefore we will litigate for time lost, personnel overtime, full unit price, legal fees, research fees, and revenues lost due to down time.Communication is the key to a happy outcome, but if a charge back is completed without consideration, it is harmful to both parties involved.GLAMOUR HOUSE OF HAIR wants to make your purchase a great experience, not a legal battle.If a legal issue is pursued, buyer agrees that it will take place in our state of MICHIGAN and governed by MICHIGAN laws. You agree to reimburse GLAMOUR HOUSE OF HAIR for any fees associated therein plus any legal costs.


This statement has been put in place due to the increased issues of fraud taking place throughout the internet and by some buyers. We ask for communication to avoid any legal remedy that will be sought.
